A Mobile Notary Public: A mobile notary public is a notary public who travels to meet clients in-person. In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) is just like a traditional paper-based notarization with one exception: the documents being notarized are electronic. During an IPEN, the signer and Notary meet physically face-to-face, review the documents on a computer or mobile device, and use electronic signatures in place of ink signatures.

Remote Online Notary (RON) Service:

100% online notary services. Documents of all types can be electronically signed and notarized using a device with a webcam and microphone.
You do not have to be in Florida to use our service.

What is considered acceptable ID?

A Florida driver’s license or identification card issued by the State of Florida or any other U.S. state, or a territory of the United States, like Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands.
A United States Passport.
If you do not have qualifying ID, two credible witnesses can be used instead.

If you need a Witness: In Florida, any person can be a witness, provided they are competent to serve as a witness. A Florida court has held that “there is nothing to prevent a notary from also being a witness”. However, before signing as a witness, the notary should ensure that the document does not require the notarization of the witnesses' signatures. A Florida notary can witness and notarize a document as long as they are not witnessing their own signature and the document does not require the notarization of the witnesses' signatures.
